• Strategic Planning

  Spectrum Productions is a charitable organization based in Montreal, Quebec committed to advancing the social, cultural and economic inclusion of individuals on the autism spectrum by supporting and promoting autistic creative talent in film and media production and the arts.

  Our mission is to create social and employment opportunities for for autistic youth and young adults in film and media production and the arts:

  ·   By operating a social enterprise that provides services in the fields of cinema and media production; 

  ·   By producing an annual cinema festival organized and broadcasted by autistic creators.

SELECTION PROCESS

The overall role of the Board of Directors is to add value to the organization by bringing forth different skills and points of view to help guide the organization toward its mission.

• The board meets around 5 times a year – usually on weekday evenings

• Involvement on one or more board committees is expected

• HR/Operations Committee

• Finance Committee

• Board Governance Committee

• Fundraising Committee

• Term of office is 2 years after which the administrator can be up for re-election during the annual general assembly
