INDUSTRY PANEL DISCUSSION

To bring together people in industry interested in hearing about Spectrum’s approach to developing inclusive practices, and exploring models of practical applications that could be explored. Ultimately, the intention is to broaden the community of people interested in accessing the talents of autistic creatives in production roles, or the arts and discuss pathways worth exploring. There is a growing trend of interest, and the talent pool of skills in this area is growing – we would like to advance a discussion about how we should apply our development efforts and training our team for future opportunities. To do this we initially would like you to come and hear from us, and share your thoughts and any ideas that may develop!
