OVERVIEW

Fridays 4:00pm - 8:00pm (18 sessions)

COST : $630

PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed on March 15th for March break and March 29th for Easter

Friday Night Social Club presents a fun, casual, social environment where autistic and/or neurodivergent folks are invited to hang out and unwind after all the hard work done during the week. Our new and improved structure is better than ever, you won’t want to miss out!

Friday nights at the Spectrum studio include playing board games or group video games, singing karaoke, doing art activities, having dance parties and more! Each week, Chef Pete Papaioannou prepares a delicious group dinner including meat and vegetarian options. After sharing a meal, Social Club participants can get comfy and enjoy the screening of some classic and some new Spectrum movies.

Come hang out, share a meal, play some games and watch movies with us!

FRIDAY SOCIAL SCHEDULE (FLEXIBLE)

4:00pm: Participants arrive and mingle

4:20pm: Chef Pete presents healthy homemade snacks

4:30-5:00pm: Group Activity #1

5:00-5:30pm: Group Activity #2

5:30-6:00pm: Preparations for Dinner

6:00pm: Dinner is served!

6:45pm: Relaxation

7:00-7:30pm: Screening of Spectrum movies

7:45pm: Getting ready to go, folks taking Adapted Transport are accompanied to the lobby

8:00pm: End of social club

Note: The cost is $40/session for drop in, but if you sign up for the full term the cost is $35 x 14 weeks = $490!

REQUIREMENTS

The only requirement is a desire to socialize and make friends

• 4:00pm: Participants arrive 

• 4:20pm: Pete has snack ready (homemade hummus and veggies)

• 4:30-6:00pm: Activity 

• 6:00pm: Dinner

• 6:45pm: Relaxation 

• 7:00-7:30pm: Activity

• 7:45pm: Getting ready to go, folks taking Adapted Transport are accompanied  to the lobby

• 8:00pm: End of social club
